Buyer representation · USA to Brazil
Your representative for buying an aircraft in the United States.
I search, evaluate and negotiate on your side, not the seller's. From the search to registration in Brazil, with a specialist at every step.
A 30-minute first call, free. In English or Portuguese.
The problem
Buying alone in the US gets expensive.
The US market is the largest in the world. By default, nobody in it works for you.
01
The broker works for the seller
Their commission comes from the sale price. Nobody across the table is defending yours.
02
What the listing leaves out
Usage history, squawks and open items show up at inspection. Or after payment.
03
Import is where deals stall
Export, taxes and ANAC registration each carry their own cost and timeline. A mistake here can keep the aircraft from flying.
How it works
Six steps. One owner for each.
- 1OSA
Mission and budget
Routes, passengers, runways and budget define the right aircraft, before anyone looks at listings.
- 2OSA
Search and shortlist
A sweep of the US market and a shortlist with flight history and market comps for each aircraft.
- 3Partner
Pre-buy inspection
An independent shop I choose, never the one the seller suggests. You get the full report.
- 4OSA + Partner
Negotiation and closing
Negotiation built on the inspection findings. Payment through escrow and title transfer.
- 5Partner
Export and ferry
US export paperwork and the ferry flight to Brazil.
- 6Partner
Import and registration
A customs broker and an aviation lawyer handle nationalization and ANAC registration.
The difference
Data the seller's broker won't show you.
Before any offer, you see what the aircraft actually did and compare it with what the listing says.
- AADS-B flight historyWhere and how much the aircraft flew, compared with what was declared.
- BRegistration and tail historyPrevious owners and status in the FAA registry.
- CMarket compsThe real price range for the model, year and condition. The basis for negotiation.
Partners
A team ready for every critical step.
I work with independent specialists, each with their own track record, on the technical and legal steps of the purchase.
- 1USA

- 4Brazil

A lawyer for the purchase contract and ANAC registration.

About
Who will represent you.
I'm Phelipe, Brazilian-American, the son of parents who worked at Embraer in São José dos Campos. I was an E175 first officer in US regional aviation.
Today I work on the buyer's side. I know the US market from the inside, I speak your language, and I use data so you decide on facts.
Discretion first. I never disclose client names, aircraft or prices.
